Wojtek Homa
Co-founder at Belgrav
Wojciech Homa is responsible for company growth, the IT department, and the e-commerce division at Belgrav. He has been programming for 16 years and working in e-commerce for a decade. He leads projects on the Shoper platform, including Premium implementations for brands such as Philips TV & Sound, Moltico, and PalionStyle.
He built his first website at the age of 13. He started with ActionScript 3 and interactive Flash sites, before JavaScript took over the front end. That path taught him one thing: technologies change, problem-solving skills stay.
For years he worked as a freelancer, delivering development projects for interactive agencies, among others. He saw from the inside how projects of every scale come together, and how big the difference is between a site that looks good and a site that delivers results.
A key chapter of that journey was his own e-commerce integrator in the Shoper AppStore, which connected over 250 online stores with wholesalers including AB and Action. From that vantage point he watched the market like few others: he saw stores launch, decisions that fueled growth, and mistakes that ended in stagnation. That experience still shapes his approach to implementations today: less theory, more lessons drawn from real stores.
He has been a Shoper reseller for 10 years. He knows the platform from the side of code, integrations, and the partner ecosystem, not from a sales presentation. At Belgrav, a studio with Shoper Gold Partner status, he is responsible for store implementations and the growth of e-commerce services.
Beyond technology, he handles marketing and business development. That combination defines the way he works: he treats an online store as a sales tool, not an IT project. He always grounds technical decisions in business context: margin, conversion, and maintenance costs.
On the Belgrav blog he writes about Shoper implementations, Storefront migrations, and what really determines an online store’s performance.
After hours he trains for triathlon, a discipline that demands consistency in three areas at once, much like running projects where design, technology, and business have to work together.
